Any item still found damaged or faulty can always be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer care on WhatsApp at +92-332-6611177.Parchae is only liable to exchange or return items when the claiming customer will provide us the video of unpack aging, so if any damages are there in the article at the receiving time the team will own it but this process should be done within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items claimed for exchange or return after 5 days are not acceptable.

In the event of a package being returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to have it returned undamaged (the same condition). In case of damage, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred. Also, the shipping cost of the returns shall be borne by the customer.
